The Estate project is a multi-fruit and vegetable processing facility. Primarily focusing on 350MT per day input of de-husked coconuts and 200MT per day of Fruits & Vegetables, the processing facilities will produce coconut non-dairy beverages, coffee creamer, coconut water, coconut cream, drinkable yogurt and coconut flour. This plant will also process fruit puree, and pure vegetable soups – all with 12-18-month ambient shelf-life using the most advanced UHT technology and modern packaging. This is a self-contained project that will produce its own renewable power and water, which is carbon negative and have zero emissions, making it a completely “green” operation.
Hub & Spokes
Hub & Spokes is a concept which allows young & mature coconuts to be processed into semi-finished goods at the farm level (Spoke)—where coconuts and other products are grown. Due to significant (patented) technological advancement, both the coconut water and meat are transported daily to a highlevel processing facility (HUB) where these items are further processed using advanced export quality technologies.
