Romeo Pocholo, is a graduate of Architecture from Mapua University and Management from Ateneo de Manila University, specializing in Urban Planning and International Business, respectively. An expert in Architectural Design Development and Project Planning with established works in the agricultural sector and the tourism industry. Pocholo has many years of experience in architectural design and construction as the Lead Designer to the Lakan Group: a design initiative specializing in single-detached residential projects, averaging at a budgetary cost of 12 Million PHP per development. Previously, Pocholo was a design consultant to the SKR Foundation and the iLOVE Foundation for several pipeline projects on Land Development, Community Enhancement and Island Rehabilitation.
