The UltraFlex™ is our own unique hybrid processor that can process both Low and High Acid product with either direct steam injection or indirect heating.
The UltraFlex™ is available in various formats utilizing Direct Injection UltraSys™ technology with UltraTherm™ (PHE based), UltraTube™ (Tubular based), UltraSpiral™ (Spiral Tube based), and combinations of the above. The technology used is based on the product and product mix.Read more
The UltraFlex™ processes products from thick products with particulates for products like juice or smoothies indirectly, and clean fluid milk, mix or even coconut milk, cream or water with direct injection.
The JCS UltraBlock™ maintains product integrity and sterility on either side of the barrier between the UHT and the Aseptic Surge Tank. This maximizes production runs, ensures the separation of incompatible products, coordinates all functions with the filler, and can be fed to multiple destinations.
The JCS UltraBlock™ is an Aseptic Isolation Valve Cluster that provides an aseptic barrier to protect the integrity of aseptically processed products. It is placed between the processor (HHST, UHT, or HTST with MST) and the Sterile Product Surge Tank (AsepTank™) thus protecting either side of the UltraBlock™ from the other.
The JCS UltraTube™ is an indirect tubular based UHT for High or Low Acid products and is designed to run thicker products with or without particulates, for Shelf Stable or ESL.
The JCS UltraSpiral™ is a spiral-coil heat exchanger based UHT for Low or High Acid products for Shelf Stable or ESL product and is designed for processing thick, viscous products or products with large particulates.
The JCS UltraPath™ routes product between Aseptic Surge Tanks and Fillers. When the product transfer stops, the JCS UltraPath™ applies dual steam barriers between the Aseptic Surge Tank and the Filler so they are aseptically isolated.
The JCS UltraTherm™ is an indirect Plate Heat Exchanger based UHT for Low or High Acid products for Shelf Stable or ESL and is a highly efficient (90%+) process with direct regeneration.
The JCS UltraBlend™ for Enzyme Standardization can be used to produce a variety of lactose free dairy products including but not limited to: Whole Milk, 2%, 1.5%, 1%, Skim, Chocolate Milk, Strawberry Milk, Vanilla Milk, and more.
The JCS UltraBlend™ can be fully integrated into the UHT sequencer so enzyme dosing only occurs when the UHT is processing a product that requires enzyme. The dosing skid responds to the flow rate of the UHT so can operate across different UHT product flow rates.
